We’re thrilled to introduce you to the core of their team: Nicole Martineau, Jeff Martineau, and Mitch Hawkins—who together lead Martineau & Co’s work in Boston, New York, New Jersey, upstate New York, and beyond.
Nicole Martineau: The Architect and Glazier’s Trusted Resource
Nicole has spent over 30 years building and maintaining relationships with architects and glaziers throughout Boston and New York City. Her approach is rooted in expertise, reliability, and trust. As Nicole describes, “A lot of the trust that’s earned is over time working on projects—you want to become their go-to resource. When they have questions, they know that they can rely on you for honest information.” Nicole’s clients rely on her not only for her deep knowledge of architectural glass, but for her responsiveness and industry connections—sometimes calling her for solutions beyond her own product lines because they know she’ll guide them in the right direction.
Nicole was quick to see the impact of Tecfire’s arrival in the U.S., highlighting their “wide variety of steel and aluminum systems—and products that come pre-assembled,” which streamline installation and reduce costs for glaziers. She is relentless about ensuring architects and glaziers get prompt answers, accurate support, and a partner who helps them succeed.

Mitch Hawkins: Trusted Resource, Communicator, and Marketer Across Metro NY/NJ
Based outside of New York City, Mitch Hawkins covers Northern New Jersey and New York. Mitch prides himself on providing glazing sub-contractors with honest, real-time answers for any problem and on supporting architects with expertise and creative solutions. Mitch began his career as a direct rep for Viracon in the Chicago market and quickly became known for his knowledge, marketing acumen, and personal touch.
“Mitch is great at working with customers and architects and great at marketing —people call him because they know they’ll get the info they need, and if he doesn’t have the answer, he’ll find it,” says Nicole. Mitch thrives on educating architects through presentations and direct engagement, and his curiosity shows in everything he does—including hosting and producing relevant Facade Pod episodes for industry professionals. His real-world understanding of exterior applications, regional codes, and technical challenges makes him a powerful ally for architects, consultants, and glaziers. In his free time, Mitch enjoys running and has completed multiple marathons and ultra-marathons.

Jeff Martineau: Sales Leadership and Market Vision
Jeff brings strategic perspective and daily action together.
