INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Tecfire USA is pleased to announce the addition of Brad Rogers as Senior Design Engineer, further strengthening the company’s engineering capabilities as it continues its rapid growth across North America.
Brad joins Tecfire with more than 25 years of product design engineering experience spanning the medical, consumer, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has combined creative design thinking with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, specializing in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA). His expertise in transforming complex concepts into efficient, production-ready solutions will be a valuable asset as Tecfire continues to advance innovation within the fire-rated glazing, curtain wall, and door systems industry.

Brad will work closely with Engineering Director Brendan Rogers and will support engineering, design, and operational initiatives across the organization. As Tecfire continues to expand its North American operations and manufacturing capabilities, his addition will provide increased engineering capacity, strengthen project execution, and support the company’s ongoing commitment to process improvement and technical excellence.
In his role, Brad will be responsible for supporting project-specific design requirements from concept through production, coordinating closely with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure design intent is accurately executed, reviewing project specifications and compliance requirements, and supporting value engineering efforts to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
He will also work alongside Brendan to further develop engineering standards, improve workflows, and lead the creation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engineering processes that will support Tecfire’s long-term growth.
The addition of Brad comes at an important time for Tecfire as the company continues to expand its engineering resources, invest in North American manufacturing capabilities, and execute an increasing number of high-profile projects throughout the United States and Canada.
