Tim is the founder and principal of T.Fin Building Solutions. His career in the commercial glass industry has been focused on helping architects and building owners bring their vision to life through high-performance glazing solutions. With leadership roles in technical sales, business development, and engineering collaboration, Tim has contributed to numerous complex and high-profile architectural projects.
He holds a B.A. in Marketing and Innovation Management from Concordia University, St. Paul. Outside of work, Tim enjoys time with his wife, Jamie, and their three sons. Based in southern Minnesota, he spends as much time as possible outdoors and staying active with his family.
Tim is an experienced sales leader with strengths in façade fenestration, daylight design, public speaking, territory development, and process improvement.
Steve Grubish

With more than 25 years of experience in architectural and construction sales, Steve plays a vital role in T.Fin’s success across their six-state territory. His responsibilities include outside sales, technical presentations, specification support, and AIA continuing education.
Steve excels in developing strong client relationships, interpreting construction documents, and guiding design teams toward effective glazing solutions. His focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth continues to strengthen T.Fin’s presence throughout the region.
Steve has been married to his wife, Samona, for 32 years, and they have two adult sons, Patrick and Sean. The family enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with their Labrador, Lily.
Evan Finley

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Evan supports T.Fin’s business development, social media presence, and marketing initiatives. By combining data-driven insights with creative outreach strategies, Evan helps enhance brand engagement and overall market visibility.
Evan is currently pursuing a Business degree at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, with an emphasis on Finance and Design. With early experience in the construction industry, Evan has developed strong skills in sales support, graphic design, marketing strategy, and administrative coordination. Their ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments ensures that projects are executed with precision and excellence.
