His background includes deep engagement with architects, glazing contractors, and specification influencers, as well as hands-on leadership in complex, multi-market sales initiatives within the fire-rated glazing industry.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, Mike has already become a trusted partner to Tecfire, serving as a consultant focused on strategic initiatives critical to the company\u2019s U.S. expansion. In this role, he supported the development of Tecfire\u2019s AIA continuing education programs, contributed to national go-to-market strategy, and led market research efforts aimed at strengthening brand awareness and positioning Tecfire for long-term growth in North America.<\/p>\n<p>In his new role, Mike will oversee Tecfire\u2019s national sales organization and marketing strategy, working closely with manufacturer representatives, architects, and glazing partners to accelerate specification, expand market presence, and align Tecfire\u2019s product portfolio with the evolving needs of the North American market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMike has already made a meaningful impact on Tecfire through his work with us and bringing him on full-time is a natural next step for our organization,\u201d said Jeremy Zimmerman, Managing Director of Tecfire North America. \u201cHe understands our products, our culture, and our vision for building a best-in-class fire-rated glazing business in the U.S. and Canada.
