Every now and then, TECFIRE’s Research & Development (R&D) team initiates a series of product development which aims to expand the availability of solutions to every project. The new STB80 Fixed Glass Partition is a newly developed fire-rated glass system for the maximum height requirements, recently tested at Applus+ Laboratories and successfully passed the Integrity & Insulation (EI) criteria, resulting to fire-resistance of up to 2 hours and 40 minutes, thus, achieving the EI120 minutes rating. This system uses top quality fireproof materials from the makeup of its steel profile and accessories to its highly sophisticated use of the new Contraflam 120-5 fire-rated glass.
