The Innovation Centers are part of Aramco’s development in utilizing modern technologies and have high-end facilities that require protection in case of fire.

Steelfire STB80 is one of Tecfire’s series of fire-rated glass systems with galvanized steel or stainless frames that has the thermal break feature providing maximum protection with high-performance insulator material to prevent thermal transfer. The STB80 products are tested and certified in accordance with the European Standard (EN) and the American Standard (NFPA) for fire classifications of Integrity & Insulation (EI). The Aramco Innovation Centers will be using fire-rated glass systems in the STB80 series as part of their fire prevention plan.

Tecfire KSA follows Tecfire’s European standard of fabricating safety glass systems and is authorized by the local fire authorities.
