The mega event Expo 2020 is set to open this coming October 2021 and as part of this historical experience, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the “Dubai’s Route 2020” providing an uninterrupted route from Al Rashidiya Station all the way to the Expo 2020 Station.
Acquiring this project is very important as iconic events such as the Expo 2020 deserve to have reliable fire-rated glass systems installed in areas where people are at risk in case of fire. Tecfire will provide its Alufire fire-rated glass systems to not only ensure fire safety but also provide an aesthetic solution.
Tecfire will provide AS85 Alufire EI90 and EI120 glass doors and partition systems in different areas in Expo 2020 Station. These consist of aluminum slim profile glass systems that have 90 and 120 minutes of Integrity and Insulation that are tested and certified as per European Standard and approved by the United Arab Emirates Civil Defense.
The project is for BlackRock headquarters in Dubai International Financial Center, an iconic sector for the financial hub for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia markets. BlackRock is a new project that requires fire-rated glass solutions for its interior office that will ensure protection from fire.
Tecfire is providing its products in the Steelfire series consisting of fire-rated glass doors and fixed partition systems. Tecfire products conform to international fire standards: European Standard (EN) and/or American Standard (NFPA) and approved by United Arab Emirates’ Civil Defense.
Located in Madrid, Spain, Wanda Metropolitano Stadium has a seating capacity of 68,456 and is home to Atlético Madrid’s first-team matches and also hosted the 2019 UEFA Champions League Final. The stadium was designed, by Cruz y Ortiz architects.
The Wanda Metropolitano has awarded the project to Tecfire in designing and manufacturing fire-rated glass systems belonging to the Alufire AS85 aluminum profiles Series. Tecfire signature products in the Alufire series will be used for this project, which is a new generation of aluminum thermal broken fire-rated glass systems that are particularly designed to guarantee optimum behavior in case of fire with its innovative characteristics. With a fire rating of EI60, Tecfire will provide the safest products on the market.
Lusail, a city located north of Doha and has a massive development infrastructure for marinas, residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping and leisure facilities, gulf course community, man-made islands and several entertainment districts. The development includes the construction of state-of-the-art underground car parks that is essential to the city’s logistics.
Tecfire acquired another project to supply and install fire-rated glass systems in one of the construction projects in CP07. Tecfire has been supplying its EN and NFPA certified products for Lusail Development Projects for different clients.
All fire-rated glass systems conform to international standards and acquired certification from Qatar Civil Defense.
This is a megaproject that will become a centerpiece district. It involves the construction of retails stores, commercial establishments, healthcare facilities, hotels, and residential infrastructure at the very heart of Dubai, Deira. This is an enrichment project to expand Deira’s historic footprint of traditions and cultures towards the sea. Deira is one of the oldest communities in Dubai and has an extensive transport infrastructure, numerous established businesses including gold souqs and spice markets.
For this massive project, Tecfire will be supplying and installing various products: various types of AluFire fire-rated glass doors systems, tested and certified in accordance with European Fire Standards. Fire ratings EI60 & 120 (integrity and Insulation). Also another set of glass systems that is in the SteelFire series, the Skylight systems, and Fixed partition systems, also tested and certified conforming to EI fire ratings.
Al Rayyan is a popular municipality in the gulf nation of Qatar, home of famous landmarks like the Mall of Qatar, Aspire Park and Tower and the Al Rayyan Stadium. Tecfire will be providing its state-of-the-art Alufire fire-rated glass systems for an iconic project the Grand Zone School and Residential, a project for the development of school and auditorium, hotels, apartments, offices, entertainment zones and more.
The Aluminum fire-rated series are safety glass systems consisting of doors, windows, partitions, skylight and curtain walls for a fire rating up to 120 minutes that are tested and certified according to European Standard in accredited laboratories such as Applus+. Alufire fire-rated glass door sets are CE-marked and have gone through extensive quality assurance. Finally, all products are approved by Qatar Civil Defense, making Tecfire the most reliable fire-rated glass systems in the middle east.
The project is a refurbishment of ADDC Building 3 and requires fire-rated glass systems. Tecfire will be providing more of its signature Alufire Series, consisting of fire-rated glass hinged doors and fixed partition systems ranging from EI60 (integrity and insulation with fire rating of 60 mins.) to EI90 (integrity and insulation with fire rating of 90 mins).
