The project is located in Dubai Science Park, which is a science-focused hub with more than 350 companies focusing on life sciences, energy and environmental sectors.
Tecfire will fabricate, supply and install fire-rated glass doors and partition systems including our newest automatic sliding glass door that is lightweight and has the slimmest profile in the market which can easily be designed to fit any architectural requirement. The new AS85 Automatic Fire-Rated Glass Sliding Door System will provide protection but not sacrificing aesthetics. This solution follows the global test standard of EI60 classification: fire-resistance Integrity & Insulation that will last up to 60 minutes.
The company Redevco Iberian Ventures will invest more than 15 million euros in the comprehensive reform of the shopping center, which will have a large leisure area and nine cinemas. The investment will allow for a complete reconfiguration of the shopping center, which has been in existence for 25 years since its inauguration.

Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is a French and English-speaking university that is located in Al Reem Island. Tecfire is currently installing it’s AluFire fire-rated glass fixed partition and double action pivot door systems.
The AS85 Double Action Pivot Door System is one of Tecfire’s Special Custom-Made Glass systems that has an innovative design and quality material that provides aesthetic features by eliminating the hinges and concealing overhead closers for a flawless look. Most importantly, it is specifically designed to provide a double-action opening (180°). This product has the slimmest profile in the market and is available in various finishes.
The Sorbonne University is just one of Tecfire’s projects that focuses on providing fire-rated glass systems to schools in various countries to ensure that the facilities and the people in these buildings are protected in case of fire.
The project requires fire-rated pivot and hinged door systems for one of the pavilions at the Dubai Expo 2020. Tecfire’s scope of work is to fabricate, supply, and install its AluFire Series glass door systems.
Among the glass door systems to be supplied by Tecfire is the AluFire Double Action Pivot Glass Door. This innovative fire-rated glass door system has features of a slim aluminum profile, no visible hinges an& hardware, and with double action pivot mechanism allowing for 180° opening.
Tecfire’s AluFire Series consists of various fire-rated glass system applications including automatic sliding doors, curtain walls, partitions, and hinged doors.
The cultural center is one of the most prestigious historical buildings in Madrid, and is in the midst of adaptation to the new European regulations on fire protection. Tecfire has been awarded this important project, among other reasons, because it has been the only company capable of providing all the product fire certifications required for the fire protection adaptation of the building according to EN standards.
Among the systems that Tecfire is going to supply and install on-site, the following should be highlighted: Steelfire series curtain wall systems with fire classification EI120; Steelfire series hinged door systems rated EI60 and EI90, and large size fixed partition systems from the Steelfire series with fire rating EI60 and 120. All this with the guarantee of quality and own certification of Tecfire.
The new healthcare facility is dedicated to children and young adults and Tecfire will be providing the building fire-rated glass safety systems to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and property of the building.

Tecfire has developed the series AluFire consisting of innovative aluminum fire-rated glass systems in various applications such as the aluminum glass hinged door system and fixed partition system that will be used in this project. Products in this series are tested and certified conforming to European Standard for EI (Integrity & Insulation) with fire ratings from 30 to 120 minutes.
The AluFire series are fire protection glazed systems that have a less conspicuous aluminum profile, perfect for modern design interior and exterior applications.
Being experts in glass protection systems, Tecfire also specializes in the design and fabrication of an antiburglary glass door. The burglarproof door is a measure used to prevent breaching, raiding, lock picking to prevent crimes such as burglary and invasion. Tecfire engineered the Tecguard SteelFire Anti-burglary RC3 Hinged Door Glass System that conforms to EN 1627 European Standards that provides protection against physical violence by kicking, jumping, loads attack and pulls using different tools such as screwdrivers, pliers and wedges.

The new project is a luxury showroom wherein Tecfire is tasked to fabricate and supply fire-rated glass systems as part of the facility’s fire protection plan. The products to be used will be AluFire Glass Hinged Door and Fixed Partition, with Integrity and Insulation fire standards of 90 minutes and 120 minutes respectively.
AluFire series is a new generation of aluminum fire-rated glazed solutions that use aluminum profiles. The profile’s composition includes thermal break ensuring integrity and insulation in case of fire. Tecfire’s aluminum glass systems are tested and certified conforming to European Standards.
This megaproject is one of Dubai’s prestigious developments and will become a centerpiece district. It involves the construction of retail stores, commercial establishments, healthcare facilities, hotels, and residential infrastructure.
For this massive project, Tecfire will be supplying and installing various products: AluFire fire-rated glass door systems, complete glass systems consisting of aluminum profiles, fireproof materials, and fire resistance glass tested and certified in accordance with EI (integrity and Insulation) European Standard. Also another set of glass systems that is in the SteelFire series, the Skylight systems, and Fixed partition systems, also tested and certified conforming to EI fire standards.
