Awarded Iconic Rail Project in Abu Dhabi

A new iconic project is awarded to Tecfire. Etihad Rail is the United Arab Emirates national railway network, established to manage the development, construction and operation of the United Arab Emirates’ national freight and passenger network.

Tecfire won the bid in the supply and installation of fire-rated glass systems for the Al Faya Operation and Maintenance Facility. Tecfire will be providing Alufire AS85 Fixed Partition Systems with fire classification of EI (Integrity and Insulation) with ratings of 60 minutes and 90 minutes, and Alufire Pivot Door System with fire classification of EI (Integrity and Insulation) with a rating of 60 minutes. All fire safety glass systems are tested and certified according to European Standard and are approved by the UAE Civil Defense.
